Summit Sealants, Inc was founded in March 2002 by Stephen Berwanger.  Based in beautiful Montrose, CO we cover the entire rocky mountain region, including AZ, NM, UT, WY, ID, and MT.  We specialize in stopping water infiltration into commercial buildings and substrates while understanding a buildings necessity to thermally and seismically move.  Summit Sealants Inc. has grown into one of the biggest and most respected sealants companies in the region.  Our projects vary from residential driveways to new construction projects to million square foot industrial warehouses. Summit Sealants is one of the top commercial construction contractors in the rocky mountain region and we provide top quality installations regardless of size.
