This was a cut-out and re-caulk job requiring rope access. The old caulking around the windows and columns was failing and it was time for an upgrade. The Montrose SUMMIT crew gathered up their rope access gear and set to work on the building, working around the hours of the bank’s employees so as to minimize disruption.
