The new 17 story building at 10th and Acoma in the Capitol Hill area of Denver by Lennar Multifamily Communities has just been completed with the help of SUMMIT. This new structure has retail space, townhomes, 389 apartments, a rooftop pool and a parking garage with 460 spaces.
The SUMMIT crews applied traffic coating, deck coating, and air/vapor barriers to the building.
The Denver 7 ABC News Channel did a short segment and caught a few of our guys working on the project.
