The parking garage beneath the Colorado State Bank Building was suffering from water damage in a number of areas affecting the structure and safety of the concrete. Years of freeze-thaw cycles exacerbated the problem. SUMMIT repaired the issues by cutting and chipping out the damaged concrete and pouring new concrete. They finished by applying a traffic coating to protect the areas from further damage.
