SUMMIT recently rehabilitated this building through funding from the Main Street Open for Business Grant / Heritage Energy project via the Department of Local Affairs’ Colorado Main Street program.

The scope included masonry repairs to the South, West and East Elevations, the removal and replacement of damaged stones, masonry cleaning, and stone sealant along belt course.
