Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation
Colorado Springs, CO
Formerly known as The Railroad Station Business Center, or The Grand Depot and Harvey House
One of the original Railroad Stations in Colorado Springs, the Grand Depot and Harvey House at Colorado Springs, CO was built in 1918 as a joint Santa Fe/Colorado & Southern facility. In 1972, the Santa Fe tracks through Colorado Springs were removed and rail operations were consolidated on the former Rio Grande tracks on the west side of town near I-25. The depot and the nearby express building (later used as a freight house) now serve as Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation.
Summit Sealants is excited to be working on preserving this part of Colorado History. The guys performed tuckpointing, brick replacement, stone cleaning and replacement, concrete repair, and more to get this building back to its original glory.
