The Denver Performing Arts Complex is a large building with an attached parking garage. This project focused on parking garage repairs.
The work Summit Sealants completed at DPAC included:
- Repairing spalls and delaminations
- Locating and repairing broken double tee flange to flange connections
- Full depth slab repairs
- Cutting out and replacing existing sealants and traffic coatings
- Routing and sealing surface cracks, replacing expansion joints
- Removing and replacing of grout
- Repairing wall steel connections
- Rust removal, and repainting
