At both Four Newport Tower and Newport Tower, the team performed water mitigation services.
At Four Newport Tower, the pavers were temporarily relocated along the exterior walls and patio. The existing hot-applied waterproofing termination bar sealant and connects were repaired, and a liquid flashing was applied over the repaired termination bar. Once the waterproofing repairs were complete, the existing pavers were reinstalled.
Newport Tower is similar to Four Newport in regards to providing waterproofing repairs, however, we worked with large planter basins as well as the exterior walls of the planters and upper deck of the parking garage. The scope of work was surface preparation and cold applied waterproofing within the planter basins. All joint sealants associated to the various locations of work were replaced and a self-cleaning elastomeric breathable tinted coating was installed to all exposed concrete walls along the planters and upper deck.
