Penterra Plaza

Penterra Plaza is a residential building near Cherry Hills and DTC.  Summit Sealants was called in to paint some of the balcony handrails and repair some metalwork on the exterior of the building. Some of this was performed with a swing stage, and the harder to reach areas were completed via rope access.
