Stearns Hall aka the CU Towers
Boulder, CO
The CU Towers, officially known as Williams Village, consist of Sterns East and West (136′), and the Darley Towers (153′). Dominating the Boulder skyline, these structures are only outsized by the Flatirons themselves. The rest of Boulder is limited to a height of 55′ with most of downtown is in the 40′ limit range. Stearns Hall serves as a dormitory for CU Boulder.
The SUMMIT crew performed tuckpointing, re-caulking of windows, and pressure washing. Most of the work was performed on a variety of lifts and swing stages.
