Summit Sealants performed many scopes at this facility.

A double seal of caulking on the exterior precast control joints was applied on five of the medical buildings. Sealant was also applied to the interior and exterior precast control joints on two parking garages.

Additionally, all interior paving joints were completed in both above ground garages and one underground garage.

There was 16,000 sq. ft. of epoxy injections performed on interior delaminated concrete floors and chemical grouting in the water tanks to stop water leaks penetrating the tanks from the outside. The chemical grouting was done under a confined space environment and required the use of SCBA’s, emergency oxygen bottles, tripods and an emergency standby crew.
