Located at the base of the ski slopes, Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is underwent a major addition.

Summit Sealants performed below grade cold applied waterproofing on the new structure. Temporary dams are installed to test the integrity of the waterproofing application, ensuring the highest quality outcome.

Along with waterproofing, we also caulked a number of the joints and windows.
